I work as an Information Technology consultant but I don't spend a day without thinking about photography and how to take a better image.

I became interested in imaging and photography many years ago when I received the gift of an analogic reflex for my degree, but was with the advent of the digital cameras that I was involved more and more.

My current projects are involving street and nocturnal photos and some details of normal life that captures my attention.

Currently I live in Milan (Italy) but i was born in Sicily, very close to the sea and to the volcano Etna.

I've been married with a wonderful wife and i'm the father of two cute and beautiful girls.

There are a lot of people who have helped me become who I am.  My family, my wife, my daughters, my friends and colleagues, who always believed I could do something great. 

I daily listen to (and take a look to the hints of) many people – fellow artists, friends, photographers and complete strangers – who have suggested me the best way to make my hobby something nice.

Shadows reborn - My shadow

Saturday June 16th 2012 - "ri(e)voluzione è... Arte sta a Poesia come Poesia sta ad Arte" opens at the Gallery "Galleria Civica di Monza" in Via Camperio 1 Monza - Italy.

Many authors from all over Italy show their works in a young and dynamic collective exhibition, rich of content. 

One of the photos shown is "My Shadow", taken from my project "Shadows reborn". 

The photo exhibition will be open until June 28th, from 15.00 to 19.00; saturday and sunday from 10.00 to 12.00 and from 15.00 to 19.00.

The entry is free.

Projects developed during the 2010

The 2010 is gone and it was for me a year with many good news and marked by many projects that I developed with passion.

"Shadows Reborn", "The Greenhouse Effect" and the last, "Personal Landscapes" have given me many satisfactions: I was really happy to see the photo "My shadow" published in the January issue of Professional Protographer magazine as one of the commended images for the Professional Photographer of the year 2010 awards.
